Distance Sales Agreement

1. PARTIES

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER specified below, regarding the sale and delivery of products/services ordered electronically, pursuant to the Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

BUYER INFORMATION

The name, surname, delivery address, email, and contact details provided by the BUYER during checkout shall prevail.

2. SUBJECT AND SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the handcrafted Ney instruments and accessories ordered by the BUYER electronically via the neyzenvitrin.com website, in accordance with Law No. 6502 and relevant distance selling regulations.

3. PRODUCT AND PAYMENT DETAILS

The type, quantity, model, selling price, payment method, and delivery details of the product are set forth in the checkout summary and invoice. All prices include applicable VAT. Shipping fees belong to the BUYER unless otherwise specified.

4. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

4.1. Products are delivered to the address designated by the BUYER within the legal period of 30 days via contracted logistics services.
4.2. Sensitive handcrafted Ney instruments are shipped in reinforced protective packaging. The BUYER is obliged to inspect the package upon receipt and demand a damage record report from the courier if the package is visibly damaged.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date without giving any reason.
5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER in writing within this period and return the item unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
5.3. Exceptions: Custom-made products customized according to the BUYER's explicit requests (e.g., custom tuning, personalized engraving, custom baspare fitting) are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts located in the residence of the BUYER or SELLER shall have jurisdiction according to the monetary thresholds published annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
