Cancellation & Return Policy

1. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

1.1. The BUYER may cancel any order placed on neyzenvitrin.com free of charge at any time prior to shipment.
1.2. Cancellation requests can be submitted by contacting customer support at info@neyzenvitrin.com with your order ID.
1.3. For cancelled orders, full refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.

2. RETURN POLICY & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

2.1. The BUYER has the right to return purchased items within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery.
2.2. Returned items must be complete, unused, undamaged, and sent back with their original packaging, certificates, accessories, and tax invoice.
2.3. Custom-crafted or personalized instruments (e.g., custom pitch-tuned Ney flutes, personalized baspare engravings) are exempt from return policies due to custom production nature.

3. RETURN SHIPPING AND REFUNDS

3.1. Approved returns can be shipped back using our designated courier network.
3.2. Upon receipt at our workshop, returned instruments undergo quality inspection. Once approved, the refund is authorized.
3.3. Approved refunds will be credited back to your payment card or bank account within 10 business days.

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE SHIPMENTS

If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, the BUYER must demand a formal Damage Assessment Report from the courier driver upon delivery. Damaged items accompanied by an official report will be replaced immediately or refunded in full.
